This machine adopts a framed dragon‑type structure. It features an eight‑sided precision‑guided sliding rail, making it especially suitable for compression forming in production processes of composite dies for deep drawing, multi‑stage drawing and stamping forming.
It has the following characteristics:
  1. Two‑stage speed control for the movable beam: fast no‑load travel, slow feed for die approaching and drawing;

  2. Both the main cylinder and blank‑holding cylinder are equipped with upper and lower limit protection, and the setting of upper and lower limit positions is simple, convenient and quick;

  3. Two drawing speeds are available: high‑speed drawing and normal‑speed drawing;

  4. The complete machine delivers smoother operation and more stable performance;

  5. Equipped with safety protection devices and an automatic counting function;

  6. Low energy consumption, high efficiency and novel machine design.

Multiple design updates further enhance machine performance, for example:

  1. The lower‑cylinder sealing ring adopts imported combined sealing rings for more stable pressure and longer service life of the sealing ring.

  2. Both columns and piston rods are subject to medium‑frequency heat treatment with hard chromium plating on their surfaces.

  3. The material‑return cylinder supports independent inching control.

  4. Cartridge valves are applied in the hydraulic system. Featuring large passages, high flow rate, fast response, low noise and low heat generation, cartridge valves deliver superior performance.

  5. The electrical control system is upgraded to a micro‑computer single‑chip microcomputer. This system features a safe 24 V control voltage. It contains no intermediate relays and has no contact points. Relying entirely on computer chips, it boasts high stability, long service life and simple operation.

  6. A wide‑range grating safety protection device is installed on the operation surface.
